Legal & disclosure
Terms of Service
These terms explain the boundaries of the Victology Health website and care-access experience.
Victology's role
Victology Health provides access, coordination, technology, education, and support for adults exploring metabolic health and medical weight-management services. Medical care is provided by affiliated licensed clinicians and/or clinical partners.
Use of this website does not create a provider-patient relationship with Victology Health itself. Any provider-patient relationship begins only through the applicable clinical partner workflow when a licensed clinician accepts responsibility for care.
No guarantees
Victology Health does not guarantee eligibility, a prescription, medication availability, specific treatment, results, weight change, or pharmacy fulfillment. A licensed clinician determines whether care is medically appropriate.
Payments, subscriptions, and renewals
Payment terms are program-dependent and may vary by care path, medication type, pharmacy availability, lab requirements, and partner configuration. If recurring plans are offered, subscription renewal terms will be disclosed before checkout.
Final subscription renewal terms must be confirmed and disclosed before paid enrollment.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund rules depend on the program and partner workflow. Review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before checkout. Medical evaluation fees may be non-refundable once clinician review begins if configured, and medication or pharmacy orders may be non-refundable once dispensed or shipped if configured.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information; keeping account access secure; reviewing program terms; and notifying the care team or clinical partner about material health changes, side effects, medication changes, or other relevant updates.
Third-party services
Victology Health may use or coordinate with third-party services, including clinical partners, pharmacies, labs, payment processors, messaging vendors, analytics vendors, hosting providers, and support tools. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Governing law
Governing law will be disclosed after final legal-entity and launch configuration.
