Terms of service
These terms explain how you can use Victology and the rules that apply to paid enrollment, monthly renewals, cancellations, and refunds.
Effective July 15, 2026 | LLM Research Labs, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company
Agreement and operator
These Terms apply to victology.com, operated by LLM Research Labs, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company. By using the website, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The website is intended for adults age 18 and older.
What the website offers
Victology helps you compare health and care options through practical guides, a browser-memory path finder, and early access. The current website does not offer medical visits, prescriptions, scheduling, payment, subscriptions, pharmacy services, or clinical records.
Health screening
The health screening provides an informational result based on the answers entered in your browser. It is not a diagnosis, individualized medical advice, treatment decision, prescription approval, or promise that care will be available. Your health answers stay in browser memory and are not submitted with your updates request.
Medical relationship
Using the website, completing the health screening, requesting updates, or communicating with Victology does not create a clinician-patient relationship. Victology does not practice medicine or make clinical decisions.
If a separate care service is offered later, an independent medical practice and licensed clinician will identify themselves before collecting clinical information. They alone will decide whether care or a prescription is appropriate.
Payments, subscriptions, and refunds
Victology does not currently accept payments through this public website. This policy applies to any paid enrollment when checkout is made available and will be shown again before payment.
Platform and consultation fees
If we receive your cancellation request before an independent licensed clinician begins reviewing your intake, Victology will refund your platform access and clinical consultation fees in full.
Except as described below, once clinical review begins, those fees are nonrefundable because platform access and clinical review have started. Your payment covers access and medical expertise. It does not guarantee treatment or a prescription.
If the clinician reviews your intake and determines that you are not medically eligible for prescription treatment through the program, Victology will refund your initial consultation fee in full. The platform fee remains nonrefundable after clinical review begins, except where required by law.
Recurring subscriptions
Your plan renews monthly until canceled. Cancel any time before your next billing date to stop the next renewal. Your current paid period remains active through its end. We do not prorate an active billing period, except where required by law.
To cancel, use this ready-to-send email: Cancel my plan. Send it before your next billing date. Your cancellation is effective when we receive it.
Prescription medications
Victology is not a medical practice or pharmacy. Independent licensed clinicians make medical decisions. Licensed pharmacies dispense and ship prescribed medication.
Dispensed medication generally cannot be returned to pharmacy stock or reused. Once a licensed pharmacy begins processing a prescription for dispensing, the medication charge is nonrefundable except where required by law or as described below.
Contact Victology promptly if medication is not delivered, arrives damaged or incorrect, is recalled, or there is another pharmacy or fulfillment error. Refunds or replacements for these issues are handled as required by law and under the dispensing pharmacy's policy.
No guarantees
Victology does not guarantee care availability, eligibility, treatment, a prescription, medication availability, coverage, fulfillment, or a particular result. A future licensed clinician would make any medical decision after an appropriate review.
Emergencies
Do not use Victology for emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek in-person emergency care.
Your responsibilities
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information in any form you choose to submit. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse another person's information, or submit medical records, payment-card details, or urgent medical needs through general forms.
Third-party services
Victology uses service providers for functions such as hosting, security, analytics, and email delivery. The website may also link to services operated by others. Their terms and privacy practices govern their services.
Website content
Victology and its licensors own the website and its original content, branding, and design. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or exploit protected material except as permitted by law or written permission.
Availability and warranties
The website and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Victology does not promise that the website will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes, law, and contact
Victology may update these Terms as the website changes. The effective date at the top shows when they were last revised.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to legal@victology.com.
