Consumer health data privacy policy
This policy explains how Victology handles personal information that may reveal or infer your health interests.
Effective July 9, 2026 | LLM Research Labs, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company
How this policy fits
This policy supplements Victology's general Privacy Policy. Consumer health data may include personal information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to someone seeking health information or services.
Consumer health data received
When you request updates, Victology may receive your email address linked to a care area, state if provided, source (where you joined), and consent record. Victology may also receive a support message you choose to send and technical information linked to care-related pages, such as an IP address, browser or device information, referring page, requested page, and event time.
Your individual health-screening answers stay only in browser memory while the active screening page is open. Victology's systems do not receive, retain, or share those answers. Closing or refreshing the page clears them.
Sources
Victology receives consumer health data directly from you when you submit an updates form or message, from the page or form through which you make the request, and automatically from your browser or device when needed to deliver, secure, or measure the website.
Purposes
Victology uses consumer health data to provide the updates or support you request, understand interest by care area and state, maintain consent and unsubscribe records, deliver and protect the website, prevent abuse, measure page performance where analytics are enabled, and comply with law.
Data shared and recipients
Victology may provide email, care area, state, source, and consent information to service providers that support hosting, security, and requested email delivery. Where analytics are enabled on general information pages, an analytics provider may receive technical information and the requested page. Victology does not include individual health-screening answers in analytics event payloads.
The categories of recipients are website hosting and security providers, email-delivery providers, and analytics providers. No Victology affiliate currently receives consumer health data. Victology may also disclose information when required by law or as part of a business transaction subject to applicable protections.
Collection and sharing choices
Victology processes consumer health data only to provide a product or service you request or with consent where applicable law requires it. Victology will not collect, use, or share a new category of consumer health data, or use existing data for a new purpose, without first providing the disclosures and obtaining the consent required by law.
No sale
Victology does not sell consumer health data. It does not use consumer health data submitted through the health screening or updates forms for targeted advertising.
Third-party collection across sites
Victology does not currently permit a third party to collect consumer health data over time and across different websites or online services when you use this website. The current website does not use cross-site advertising trackers. If this practice changes, Victology will update this policy and provide any notice or consent required by law before the new collection begins.
Your rights
You may ask whether Victology is collecting, sharing, or selling your consumer health data; request access to that data and a list of third parties and affiliates that received it; withdraw consent for future collection or sharing; or request deletion. You do not need to create an account to make a request.
Send a request to privacy@victology.com. Victology may take reasonable steps to authenticate the request. If a request is denied, Victology will explain the reason and provide a way to appeal where required by law.
Deletion and security
When applicable law requires deletion, Victology will delete covered data from its active systems and notify processors or other recipients that must honor the request. Deletion from archived or backup systems may be delayed only as permitted by law.
Victology uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect consumer health data. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.
Changes and contact
Victology may update this policy as its website practices change. For a material change, Victology will post a conspicuous notice on this website and, when required by law and reasonably possible, send notice to the email address associated with the affected consumer health data before the change takes effect. Victology will request consent before applying a new collection, use, or sharing practice when the law requires it. The effective date at the top shows when this policy was last revised. Questions may be sent to privacy@victology.com.
