What to expect from telehealth
Know who provides care, how consent works, and what happens before a licensed clinician makes a treatment decision.

What Victology helps you do today
Victology helps you compare options, use the path finder, and join early access. Your health answers stay on your device. Medical visits, scheduling, prescriptions, payments, and clinical records are not available on the current website.
A future secure care service
If care is offered later and you choose to continue, you will enter a separate secure service. Before collecting clinical information, that service will identify the independent medical practice and explain who provides care, where care is available, how information is protected, and which terms apply.
Telehealth consent
The medical practice will present its own telehealth consent before care begins. That consent should explain how remote care works, its expected benefits and limits, possible technical failures, when an in-person examination may be needed, how to ask questions, and how to withdraw consent where applicable.
No medical relationship here
Completing Victology's health screening or requesting updates does not create a clinician-patient relationship and does not provide consent to medical care. A licensed clinician makes every medical decision in a separate care service.
Emergencies
Do not use Victology for emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek in-person emergency care.
