Effective July 9, 2026 | LLM Research Labs, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company

What this policy covers

This policy covers Victology's public website, browser-memory health screening, updates forms, and general support communications. The website is operated by LLM Research Labs, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company.

The current website does not provide clinical services, accept payment, schedule visits, or maintain medical records. A separate medical practice's notices would govern clinical information collected through any future care service.

Victology's separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how personal information that may reveal or infer a health interest is handled.

Information you send

When you request updates, Victology receives your email address, care area, state if provided, source (where you joined), and consent record. The consent record includes the consent choice, version, and time. General support communications also include the information you choose to put in your message.

Victology does not currently collect payment-card information through this website because paid transactions are not offered here.

Health-screening answers

Your health-screening answers stay only in browser memory while the active screening page is open. Victology's systems do not receive or retain those answers. They are not posted to the updates endpoint or included in Victology's analytics event payloads. Closing or refreshing the page clears them.

Technical and analytics information

Victology and its service providers may receive technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser and device information, requested page, referring page, submission time, and security or rate-limit records.

Where analytics tools are enabled, they may receive technical details and website events used to understand traffic and page performance. Victology does not include individual health-screening answers in those event payloads.

How information is used

Victology uses information to provide the updates and support you request, understand interest by care area and state, maintain consent and unsubscribe records, operate and improve the website, prevent abuse, protect people and the service, and comply with law.

When information is shared

Victology may share information with service providers that perform functions on its instructions, such as hosting, security, analytics, and email delivery. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Victology does not sell personal information submitted through the health screening or updates forms and does not use that information for targeted advertising.

Future medical services

If a separate care service is offered later, the independent medical practice will identify itself and provide its own privacy notices before collecting clinical information. This policy does not replace a medical practice's notice of privacy practices.

Retention and security

Health-screening answers are not retained by Victology. Other information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including requested communications, consent and unsubscribe records, security, and legal obligations.

Victology uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.

Your choices and privacy rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. You may also ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information Victology holds about you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including the right to request a list of third parties to which personal data was disclosed or to appeal a denied request.

Send requests to privacy@victology.com. Victology may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. To appeal a denied request, email the same address with "Privacy appeal" in the subject line.

Adults only

This website and its health screening are intended for adults age 18 and older. If Victology learns that it received personal information from a child, it will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Contact and changes

Victology may update this policy as the website changes. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. General support requests may be sent to support@victology.com. Do not include urgent medical issues, detailed clinical information, medical records, or payment-card details in general email or website forms.
